Our Objective

To support the timely adoption and scale-up of new TB diagnostics, we analyzed the introduction pathways in 9 high TB-burden countries. This project focuses on mapping key steps, from product development to national scale-up, for innovations such as tongue swabs, POC NATs, distributable PCR kits, and novel screening tools. Through this critical path analysis, we aim to share country-specific roadmaps and provide guidance to manufacturers and global stakeholders on regulatory processes, evidence requirements, and key enablers for successful implementation.
